Rena grew up and lived in Casablanca until she was 18. Then she explored several ruropean capitals as Paris, London, Madrid and Milan, where she has worked in the Finance industry. Today she is naturally coming back to her roots with RENA, which is short for her mother’s : Renata.
Renata mean Renacimiento in spanish, Renaissance in French and Reconnection in English. The idea behind the line is her personal interpretation of the Moroccan caftan and how to bring this beautiful and rich traditional heritage into her modern lifestyle.
Renata couture, a name inspired by «Ghernati», the Andalusian city for a fashion house that has dressed so many princesses and wives of Arab or European presidents. Under the leadership of the designer Souad Chraibi, designers, craftsmen and embroiderers create sumptuous outfits for the summer, winter and special Ramadan collections.
For more than 30 years, Souad Chraibi has been handling prestigious fabrics, selected among the greatest brands and labels of Paris and Milan. Drawing her inspiration from all that surrounds her, she does not miss any of the international fairs in order to be sure to bring back to her faithful customers, the new materials, the latest colors, naturally registering her precious creations within the framework of the international tendencies of fashion.
